…SOMEHOW IT TOOK three years to figure out that I could create a list of my favourite bloggers, essentially meaning that I had a WordPress Reader page dedicated to the blogs I always want to read, instead of the generic Reader that shows all blogs followed. For those out the loop, here’s how to get in it. Add a list:
Then once you have named your list, simply add in the web address of the bloggers homepages. And keep adding them when you discover something brilliant.
Voila! You have your very own personalised Reader and won’t miss a post by your favourite bloggers. I have aspiringwriter22 to thank for showing me.
Yes, I figured this out after…5 months of blogging? It’s useful b/c when anyone first starts blogging, you tend to add tons of people constantly and then realize, wait maybe I should slow down. But it’s nice, for sure.

Lots of reasons to create lists. One really good one is it’s also a nice way to segregate out the bloggers who post/repost so much that they clutter your feed. I subscribe one blog that frequently hits > 10 posts per day. They occupy their own list! 😀

Yeah I have a few of those. Plus its easy to create a short story list, poetry list, etc etc.

Too cool. I didn’t know how to do it either. Perhaps I’ll explore.
